Being vegan since March 2018 (vegetarian since October 2013), my new favorite part of traveling anywhere is experiencing as much vegan cuisine as I can!

Thank you, Scandinavian Airlines, for waking me up to a completely VEGAN breakfast! I was overwhelmed with joy that I could eat a roll with “butter”. I haven’t had one in years!
Espresso House in the Copenhagen airport had this amazing chocolate, oatmilk chia pudding! Not pictured was an iced, soy vanilla latte.
